In addition, we may collect as well personal data relating to your clients in order to process your booking requests.

While purchasing tickets and other products from us, you may be required to provide us with the full name and email address of your clients.

When you purchase a service

When you purchase a service from us, your payment data, such as your credit card details, is collected and processed via a third party payment provider. Your payment data will be shared with the third party payment provider solely for the purposes of providing you with the payment service. Miral Destinations will not store, sell, rent or lease your payment data to any other third parties. Your payment data will be stored and processed by the relevant third party payment provider only.

When you purchase certain tickets to the Leisure Facilities, we may ask to scan your fingerprint on entry to the Lesiure Facility in order to facilitate authentication of your identity. For children under the age of thirteen (13), a parent must authorise the collection of the fingerprint biometrics of their child.

To perform our service:

We require the information you provide us during the registration in order to perform our contract with you, administer your account on the Portal, process your purchases and contact you if required. Your user id and password are personal and should not be exchanged or shared with other people. Please contact us if you are leaving the company or if the contact person from your company has changed.

To improve our services and products:

The information that we automatically collect allows us to constantly improve our services and products and provide you with an enhanced experience. For example, this information allows us to identify you as a user and remember your preferences.

To issue tickets and other products:

The information that you may be required to share about your clients is necessary to issue the ticket and match it to the user.
